Our Story

HGI Display Hardin Geotechnologies, Inc. Was formed by Jim Hardin and Lilli Cramer in 1996.  At its inception, its focus was primarily on setting up geothermal utility systems.  By 1999, the company’s focus shifted towards design and installation coordination of geothermal hvac systems in commercial building applications.  Also in 1999, HGI created an efficiency lighting division.  In 2000, Lilli Cramer assumed majority ownership of the company and the President/CEO positions from Jim Hardin, and in 2007 the company was recognized as a woman business enterprise.  Due to growth and a rapidly expanding and responsive geothermal market segment, Lilli Cramer hired Daniel J. Skiba in 2008 to be the company’s President/CEO, and to lead HGI’s growth initiatives.
